乳制品冷鏈物流技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題分析
摘 要:隨著國(guó)內(nèi)線上購(gòu)物的發(fā)展,人們線上購(gòu)買(mǎi)乳制品的需求持續(xù)增加,刺激了乳制品冷鏈物流技術(shù)的發(fā)展。國(guó)內(nèi)的乳制品冷鏈物流起步較晚,影響了國(guó)內(nèi)乳制品的發(fā)展。本文從國(guó)內(nèi)乳制品冷鏈物流技術(shù)的原理出發(fā),闡述了其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及趨勢(shì),并針對(duì)其現(xiàn)有問(wèn)題提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略,以促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)食品冷鏈物流的發(fā)展。

Research Progress of Cold Chain Logistics Technology for Dairy Products

Abstract: With the development of online shopping in China, people’s demand for online dairy products continues to increase, which stimulates the development of dairy cold chain logistics technology. Domestic dairy cold chain logistics started late, which affected the development of domestic dairy products. Based on the principle of domestic dairy cold chain logistics technology, this paper expounds its development status and trend, and puts forward some countermeasures for its existing problems, so as to promote the development of domestic food cold chain logistics.
