餐飲業(yè)存在的食品安全問(wèn)題及改進(jìn)策略
摘 要:餐飲業(yè)的食品安全問(wèn)題關(guān)乎著眾多消費(fèi)者的生命安全,所以餐飲食品安全尤為重要。本文對(duì)我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段餐飲業(yè)面臨的主要問(wèn)題進(jìn)行剖析,并提出有效的解決對(duì)策,以期進(jìn)一步提高我國(guó)餐飲業(yè)的食品衛(wèi)生安全意識(shí),同時(shí)為人們的食品安全提供保障。

Food Safety Problems and Improvement Strategies in Catering Industry

Abstract: Food safety issues in the catering industry are related to the life safety of many consumers, so catering food safety is particularly important. This paper analyzes the main problems faced by my country’s catering industry at this stage, and proposes effective solutions, in order to further improve the food hygiene and safety awareness of my country’s catering industry, and at the same time provide guarantees for people’s food safety.
