試論計(jì)量控制在食品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用
摘 要:近年來(lái),人們的生活水平不斷提高,對(duì)生活品質(zhì)的追求也不斷提高,食品質(zhì)量安全問(wèn)題受到社會(huì)的廣泛關(guān)注。提高食品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)水平,保證食品安全成為目前急需解決的重點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。計(jì)量控制在食品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用逐漸得到重視,必須通過(guò)計(jì)量控制提升食品質(zhì)量安全的檢測(cè)效果,保證食品生產(chǎn)和食品消費(fèi)的安全性。

Abstract: In recent years, people’s living standards have been continuously improved, and their pursuit of quality of life has also been continuously improved. The problem of food quality and safety has been widely concerned by the society. Improving the level of food quality and safety inspection and ensuring food safety have become the key issues that need to be solved urgently. The application of metrological control in food quality and safety testing has gradually received attention. It is necessary to improve the testing effect of food quality and safety through metrological control to ensure the safety of food production and consumption.

計(jì)量控制作為食品質(zhì)量安全檢測(cè)的重要措施,可通過(guò)對(duì)食品檢測(cè)設(shè)備進(jìn)行計(jì)量控制檢驗(yàn)和校準(zhǔn),有效控制食品中添加劑以及微生物的含量等,從而避免食品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中過(guò)量使用添加劑或出現(xiàn)食品變質(zhì)情況等,保證食品質(zhì)量的安全性。(剩余3874字)
