新形勢(shì)下社區(qū)團(tuán)購(gòu)的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及監(jiān)管對(duì)策
摘 要:隨著近幾年經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,社區(qū)團(tuán)購(gòu)成為了人們新的購(gòu)物方式。在社區(qū)團(tuán)購(gòu)的商品中,新鮮的蔬菜水果奶制品成為熱銷(xiāo)品,生鮮產(chǎn)品對(duì)環(huán)境的要求較高,存在的食品安全問(wèn)題也必須引起重視。為了維護(hù)消費(fèi)者等相關(guān)群體的利益,本文討論了新形勢(shì)下社區(qū)團(tuán)購(gòu)的特點(diǎn)及存在的食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并提出了相應(yīng)的監(jiān)管對(duì)策。

Food Safety Risk and Supervision Countermeasures of Community Group-Buying Under the New Situation

Abstract: With the development of economy in recent years, community group buying has become a new way of shopping for people. Among the commodities purchased by the community, fresh vegetables, fruits and dairy products have become hot-selling products, and fresh products have higher requirements on the environment. The resulting food safety issues must also be paid enough attention to. In order to safeguard the interests of consumers and other related groups, this paper discusses the characteristics of community group buying and the existing food safety risks under the new situation, and proposes corresponding regulatory countermeasures.

社區(qū)團(tuán)購(gòu)是以真實(shí)的小區(qū)為單位,采用線上開(kāi)團(tuán)預(yù)售,顧客自助下單,線下約定日期自提的銷(xiāo)售模式,將之前的點(diǎn)對(duì)點(diǎn)的配送方式改為點(diǎn)對(duì)面的配送方式,成為了一種全新的網(wǎng)絡(luò)團(tuán)購(gòu)服務(wù)模式。(剩余4317字)
