摘 要：糧油檢驗監(jiān)督在食品安全管理中的意義重大，但從當前很多地區(qū)的糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作現(xiàn)狀來看，仍存在很多不足?；诖?，本文分析了糧油檢驗監(jiān)督在食品安全中的作用及糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，提出了糧油檢驗監(jiān)督工作的優(yōu)化策略，有助于食品安全工作的全面推進。

Abstract： Grain and oil inspection and supervision is of great significance in food safety management， but from the current situation of grain and oil inspection and supervision in many regions， there are still many deficiencies. Based on this， this paper analyzes the role of grain and oil inspection and supervision in food safety and the development status of grain and oil inspection and supervision， and puts forward optimization strategies for grain and oil inspection and supervision， which is conducive to the overall promotion of food safety.

糧食和食品安全關乎國家的長治久安，在長時間的農業(yè)與食品行業(yè)發(fā)展中，國家對糧油檢驗、食品安全都提出了越來越高的要求，為促進食品安全目標的全面實現(xiàn)，各個地區(qū)都應立足于自身的發(fā)展情況，加大在糧油檢驗監(jiān)督方面的投入，以發(fā)揮糧油檢驗監(jiān)督在食品安全中對生產企業(yè)、社會和個體的積極作用。（剩余3666字）
