辣椒堿提取工藝和藥理作用的研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:辣椒堿是辣椒的主要活性成分,具有鎮(zhèn)痛、抗菌、抗癌和心血管保護(hù)等作用,在臨床治療中具有重要的應(yīng)用前景。目前,辣椒堿的提取方法較多?;诖?,本文綜述了辣椒堿的提取工藝及相關(guān)藥理活性,旨在為研發(fā)過程中合理選取辣椒堿的提取工藝提供參考,促進(jìn)辣椒堿在臨床相關(guān)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)和利用。

Research Progress on Extraction Technology and Pharmacological Action of Capsaicin

Abstract: Capsaicin is the main active ingredient of pepper. It has the functions of analgesia, antibacterial, anticancer and cardiovascular protection. It has an important application prospect in clinical treatment. At present, there are many extraction methods of capsaicin. Based on this, this paper summarizes the extraction process and related pharmacological activities of capsaicin, in order to provide reference for the reasonable selection of extraction process of capsaicin in the process of R & D, and promote the development and utilization of capsaicin products in clinical related fields.
