摘 要:測量不確定度的評定對實驗室內(nèi)部質(zhì)量控制和評價檢測質(zhì)量非常重要。本文介紹了測量不確定度的基本概念,以測量乳粉中鋅的含量為例,闡明了測量不確定度的評定步驟,分析了影響測量不確定度的因素,通過計算得出合成標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度和相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不確定度,最終根據(jù)鋅含量的測量結(jié)果得出擴展不確定度。

Uncertainty Evaluation of Determination of Zinc in Milk Powder by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

Abstract: Evaluation of measurement uncertainty is very important for internal laboratory quality control and evaluation of testing quality.This paper introduces the basic concept of measurement uncertainty, measures the zinc content of milk powder, clarifies the evaluation steps of measurement uncertainty, analyzes the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty, calculates the synthetic standard uncertainty, and finally obtains the extended uncertainty  according to the measurement results of zinc content.
