葡萄酒傳統(tǒng)釀造工藝與現(xiàn)代工藝的結(jié)合方式研究
摘 要:葡萄酒是以葡萄為原料,通過釀造技術(shù)制成的果酒。不同品種的葡萄酒的釀造工藝存在一定的差異。隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)釀造工藝已無法滿足社會(huì)需求,將傳統(tǒng)釀造工藝與現(xiàn)代工藝相結(jié)合是其發(fā)展必然趨勢(shì),可進(jìn)一步加快葡萄酒產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展速度。

Abstract: Wine is a fruit wine made from grapes through brewing technology. There are certain differences in the brewing process of different varieties of wine. With the continuous development of society, traditional brewing technology can no longer meet the needs of the society. Combining traditional brewing technology with modern technology is an inevitable trend of its development, which can further accelerate the development of the wine industry.
