乳品中天然抗氧化劑的研究進(jìn)展
摘 要:本文主要介紹了幾種常見(jiàn)天然抗氧化劑的抗氧化機(jī)理以及不同抗氧化劑在乳制品的應(yīng)用,旨在為乳制品儲(chǔ)存中天然抗氧化劑的開(kāi)發(fā)應(yīng)用提供參考。
