克百威快檢試劑盒質(zhì)量評價樣品的分析

摘 要：為保證克百威膠體金快檢試劑盒質(zhì)量評價工作的順利開展，本研究依據(jù)《食品快速檢測方法評價技術(shù)規(guī)范》制定制樣方案，對克百威制備樣品進(jìn)行均一性和穩(wěn)定性考察?？疾旖Y(jié)果顯示，克百威制備樣品的均勻性和穩(wěn)定性均符合要求，在制備完成的10 d內(nèi)可用于克百威快檢試劑盒的質(zhì)量評價。

Analysis of Evaluation Samples for the Quality Assessment of Kits for Rapid Detection of Carbofuran

Abstract： In order to ensure the smooth development of the quality evaluation of carbofuran colloidal gold rapid detection kit， the sample preparation scheme was formulated according to the Technical Specification on the Assessment of Food Rapid Detection， and the homogeneity and stability of carbofuran prepared samples were investigated. The investigation results showed that the stability and uniformity of the samples prepared by carbofuran were all meet the requirements， which could be used in 10 days after prepared.
