食品質(zhì)量管理中食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析的作用

摘 要：隨著社會(huì)的不斷發(fā)展，食品安全問題受到世界各國的重視。食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析作為食品質(zhì)量管理工作的重要組成部分，在很大程度上影響著我國食品安全水平。為進(jìn)一步明確食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析工作對食品質(zhì)量管理的重要作用，本文以食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析概述為切入點(diǎn)，分析相關(guān)工作對食品質(zhì)量管理的作用。

Abstract： With the continuous development of society， the issue of food safety has attracted the attention of all countries in the world. As an important part of food quality management， food safety risk analysis affects the level of food safety in my country to a great extent. In order to further clarify the important role of food safety risk analysis work on food quality management， this paper will take the overview of food safety risk analysis as the starting point to analyze the role of related work on food quality management.
