標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人在兒童血液科醫(yī)患溝通教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用

摘 要 醫(yī)患溝通是臨床診療中的關(guān)鍵因素，是參加規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)的兒科住院醫(yī)師所必須掌握的技能。兒童血液科專業(yè)性強、溝通要素多、溝通風(fēng)險大，對住培醫(yī)師的溝通能力有更高的要求。文章以初診白血病患兒為例，提出由主治醫(yī)師擔(dān)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化病人的醫(yī)患溝通教學(xué)方法，以改善臨床帶教中住培醫(yī)師的醫(yī)患溝通及臨床實踐能力。

Application of standardized patients in the teaching of

doctor-patient communication in pediatric hematology department

Abstract Doctor-patient communication is a key factor in clinical diagnosis and treatment. This is a skill that pediatric residents who participate in standardized training must master. However， the pediatric hematology department has strong professionalism， many communication elements and great communication risks. This has a higher requirement on the communication ability of resident physicians. Taking children with children with newly diagnosed leukemia as an example， this paper proposes a teaching method of doctor-patient communication in which attending physicians act as standardized patients. This method can improve the doctor-patient communication and clinical practice ability of resident physicians.
