本科人才心智模式培養(yǎng)關(guān)鍵路徑研究

摘要心智模式培育是本科教育的重要目標(biāo)。文章系統(tǒng)論述了心智模式的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)涵及運作方式,提出培養(yǎng)本科生心智模式的開放度、和諧度和靈活度的培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)。并從教師、學(xué)生、學(xué)校三個維度,系統(tǒng)化設(shè)計了本科人才心智模式培養(yǎng)的關(guān)鍵路徑。

Research on the Key Path of Cultivating Undergraduate Talents'Mental Model

Abstract  The cultivation of mental model is an important goal of undergraduate education. This paper systematicallydiscusses the structural connotation and operation mode of mental model, and puts forward the training objectives ofopenness, harmony and flexibility of mental model for undergraduates. From the three dimensions of teachers, studentsand schools, the key path of Cultivating Undergraduate Talents' mental model is systematically designed.

引言

心智模式的概念最早來自蘇格蘭心理學(xué)家 Kenneth Craik,他于1943年在《解釋的本質(zhì)》中提出,心智模式是真實或想象情景在心中的表征,人們通過心智模式將現(xiàn)實建構(gòu)成“小型模式”,用來描述、歸因和預(yù)測事件。(剩余5671字)
