摘 要：近年來，人們的生活條件持續(xù)改善，食品安全認知也在逐漸加深。因此，本文對常用的食品安全檢測技術進行了總結，并對當前食品安全檢測技術的應用現(xiàn)狀進行分析，旨在為保障食品安全提供參考。
