摘 要：食品安全突發(fā)事件危害大、影響范圍廣，而快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)對(duì)于食品安全突發(fā)事件的處理起到了至關(guān)重要的作用?；诖?，本文研究了食品安全突發(fā)事件中的快速檢測(cè)技術(shù)與應(yīng)急處理措施。
