新形勢下網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管問題與對策研究
摘 要:隨著科技的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲行業(yè)迎來了新的發(fā)展機遇與挑戰(zhàn),如何確保網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品的安全與質(zhì)量,保護消費者的權(quán)益,成為當(dāng)前亟待解決的重要問題。本文旨在探討新形勢下網(wǎng)絡(luò)餐飲食品安全監(jiān)管的問題與挑戰(zhàn),分析其產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出相應(yīng)的建議,以期為相關(guān)政策制定和行業(yè)規(guī)范發(fā)展提供參考。

Research on Problems and Countermeasures of Food Safety Supervision of Online Catering under the New Situation

Abstract: With the rapid development of science and technology, the network catering industry has ushered in new development opportunities and challenges, how to ensure the safety and quality of network catering food, to protect the rights and interests of consumers, has become an important issue that needs to be resolved at present. This paper aims to explore the problems and challenges of online catering food safety supervision under the new situation, analyse the reasons for its emergence, and put forward corresponding recommendations, with a view to providing references for the relevant policy formulation and industry standardization and development.
