摘 要:為保證國民食品安全及健康,食品檢測技術(shù)的應(yīng)用至關(guān)重要。其中電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法被用于食品中多種元素的分析。本文針對電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法在食品中硒元素、鋁元素、鉬元素、碘元素、鉛元素測定的應(yīng)用進(jìn)展進(jìn)行論述,分析其應(yīng)用范圍及優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),以供參考。

Development and Application of Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry in Multi-Element Analysis in Food Products

Abstract: The application of food testing technology is crucial to ensure national food safety and health. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry is used for the analysis of multiple elements in food. This article discusses the application progress of inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry in the determination of selenium, aluminum, molybdenum, iodine, and lead elements in food, analyzes its application scope and advantages and disadvantages, for reference.
