基于SWOT分析的小學(xué)校園飲食安全管理研究

摘 要：校園飲食安全管理是學(xué)校工作的重中之重，由于小學(xué)校園飲食安全防控機(jī)制不完善，其中不少學(xué)校在飲食安全管理方面還存在許多不足。本文通過(guò)SWOT分析，探究小學(xué)校園飲食安全管理發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，剖析外在機(jī)會(huì)與威脅，構(gòu)建SWOT矩陣，并提出小學(xué)校園飲食安全管理發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略框架，加強(qiáng)小學(xué)校園飲食安全管理。

Study on Food Safety Management of Primary School Campus Based on SWOT Analysis

Abstract： Campus food safety management is the top priority of school work. Due to the imperfect food safety prevention and control mechanism in primary schools， many schools still have many shortcomings in food safety management. Through SWOT analysis， this paper explores the strengths and weaknesses of the development of campus food safety management in primary schools， analyzes external opportunities and threats， builds SWOT matrix， and proposes a strategic framework for the development of campus food safety management in primary schools to strengthen campus food safety management in primary schools.
