食品中重金屬污染物的檢測方法研究

摘 要：重金屬污染物的存在可能對人體健康產(chǎn)生嚴(yán)重影響，因此對其進行準(zhǔn)確、快速、可靠的檢測成為食品安全保障的重要手段。本文重點論述食品中重金屬污染物的檢測方法，以期為食品安全監(jiān)控和檢測提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。

Abstract： The presence of heavy metal pollutants may have serious impacts on human health， so accurate， rapid， and reliable detection of them has become an important means of food safety assurance.
