我國基層食品抽檢工作存在的問題及解決方法探究
摘 要:基層食品抽檢工作是保證食品安全的重要手段,也是我國食品安全衛(wèi)生管理的主要輔助措施。本文簡(jiǎn)要闡述了當(dāng)前我國基層食品抽檢工作基礎(chǔ)成果,分析了我國基層食品抽檢工作問題,從多個(gè)角度入手提出我國基層食品抽檢問題的解決方法,以期能夠?yàn)檫M(jìn)一步完善基層食品抽檢工作提供借鑒。

The Existing Problems and Solutions of Basic Food Sampling Inspection in China

Abstract: Grassroots food sampling work is an important means to ensure food safety and is also a major auxiliary measure for food safety and hygiene management in China. This article briefly elaborates on the basic achievements of grassroots food sampling work in China, analyzes the problems in grassroots food sampling work, and proposes solutions to these problems from multiple perspectives, in order to provide reference for further improving grassroots food sampling work.
