食品檢驗檢測機構質(zhì)量管理中存在的常見問題及分析
摘 要:針對當前形勢下食品檢驗檢測機構在“雙隨機、一公開”檢查中發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,本文根據(jù)法律法規(guī)、國家標準、規(guī)章制度要求等,匯總食品檢驗檢測機構存在的常見問題,并對其問題來源進行分析和闡釋,旨在為指導食品檢驗檢測機構正確認識問題、理解問題、糾正問題以及提升質(zhì)量管理水平提供借鑒。

Abstract: In view of the problems found in the “double random, one open” inspection of food inspection and testing institutions under the current situation, this paper summarizes the common problems existing in food inspection and testing institutions according to laws and regulations, national standards, rules and regulations requirements, and analyzes and explains the sources of problems. The purpose is to provide reference for guiding food inspection and testing institutions to correctly understand, correct and improve the quality management level.
