摘 要:本文采用火焰原子吸收光譜法測定飲用天然礦泉水中的鋅、鋰、鍶含量,對方法中涉及的“人”“機(jī)”“料”“環(huán)”“法”5個方面進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,并對驗(yàn)證結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明方法驗(yàn)證中涉及的5個方面均符合要求,結(jié)果具有參考價(jià)值。

Validation of Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry for Determination of Zinc, Lithium and Strontium in Drinking Natural Mineral Water

Abstract: This article uses flame atomic absorption spectroscopy to determine the content of zinc, lithium, and strontium in natural mineral water for drinking. The five aspects involved in the method, namely human, machine, material, ring, and method, are validated, and the validation results are analyzed. The results show that all five aspects involved in the method validation meet the requirements, and the results have reference value.

鋰、鍶、鋅均為人體必需的微量元素,鋰能提高人體的免疫能力,改善造血功能;鋅能促進(jìn)人體生長發(fā)育;鍶是人體骨骼生長不可或缺的物質(zhì),因此準(zhǔn)確測定飲用天然礦泉水中鋅、鋰、鍶的含量具有重要意義。(剩余3789字)
