基于風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估的食品安全質(zhì)量管理策略優(yōu)化
摘 要:近年來(lái),食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估工作逐漸受到各相關(guān)部門的重視,為了優(yōu)化食品安全質(zhì)量管理策略,必須對(duì)我國(guó)目前食品安全質(zhì)量管理體系中存在的問題進(jìn)行剖析,切實(shí)保障我國(guó)居民“舌尖上的安全”?;诖?,本文提出了食品安全質(zhì)量管理策略優(yōu)化,以期為相關(guān)部門制定相關(guān)對(duì)策提供依據(jù)。

Food Safety and Quality Management Strategy Optimization Based on Risk Assessment

Abstract: In recent years, food safety risk assessment has gradually received attention from relevant departments. In order to optimize food safety and quality management strategies, it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in China’s current food safety and quality management system, and effectively ensure the “safety on the tongue” of Chinese residents. Based on this, this article proposes the optimization of food safety and quality management strategies, in order to provide a basis for relevant departments to formulate relevant countermeasures.
