摘 要:本文從專利技術(shù)的視角,分析了以高端冰白葡萄酒和貴腐葡萄酒為代表的甜白葡萄酒的技術(shù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,主要從地域分布、品種選擇、釀造技術(shù)、安全性控制等方面展開介紹,以期為解決高端甜白葡萄酒產(chǎn)量與市場需求的矛盾、飲用安全性問題以及廣大企業(yè)和酒莊尋求自身在高端甜白葡萄酒方面的發(fā)展提供借鑒。

Research on the Current Status of Sweet White Wine Technology Development Based on Patent Analysis

Abstract: This article analyzes the technological development status of sweet white wine represented by high-end ice white wine and noble rot wine from the perspective of patent technology, including regional distribution, variety selection, brewing technology, safety control, etc., in order to provide reference for solving the contradiction between high-end sweet white wine production and market demand, drinking safety issues, and for enterprises and wineries seeking their own development in high-end sweet white wine.
