關(guān)于地方儲備糧承儲單位加強質(zhì)量管理工作的思考和建議
摘 要:儲備糧質(zhì)量管理貫穿于糧食入庫至輪換出庫全過程,是保障糧食安全的基礎(chǔ)工作。本文以解讀相關(guān)政策文件要求和糧油庫存質(zhì)量檢查內(nèi)容為重點,結(jié)合庫存檢查所發(fā)現(xiàn)的共性問題,有針對性地提出相應(yīng)的改進措施。

Abstract: The quality management of grain reserves runs through the entire process from grain storage to rotation and outflow, and is the fundamental work to ensure food security. The article focuses on interpreting the requirements of relevant policy documents and the content of grain and oil inventory quality inspection, and proposes targeted improvement measures based on the common problems found in inventory inspection.
