摘 要:高校食堂作為高校師生日常飲食的主要場所,其食品安全直接關(guān)系到全校師生身體健康和校園穩(wěn)定。近年來,隨著各類食品安全事件的發(fā)生,高校食堂的食品安全問題備受社會關(guān)注。本文分析了高校食堂食品安全管理的現(xiàn)狀和存在的問題,提出了針對措施,以期為提升高校食堂食品安全管理水平提供參考。

Abstract: As the main place for teachers and students to eat in universities, the food safety of universities canteens is directly related to the health of all teachers and students and the stability of the campus. In recent years, with the occurrence of various food safety incidents, the food safety issues in universities canteens have attracted much attention from the society. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of food safety management in universities canteens, and puts forward targeted measures, in order to provide a reference for improving the level of food safety management in universities canteens.
