摘 要：為更好地保障食品安全，基于食品安全抽檢工作的重要性，結(jié)合食品安全抽檢工作基本流程，本文從抽樣環(huán)節(jié)和檢驗環(huán)節(jié)兩方面著手，分析食品安全抽檢工作的常見問題，并針對這些問題提出一些具體的解決措施，以供食品安全抽檢工作相關(guān)人員參考。

Analysis of Common Problems and Measures in Food Safety Sampling Work

Abstract： In order to better ensure food safety， based on the importance of food safety sampling work， combined with the basic process of food safety sampling work， this paper starts from two aspects of sampling and inspection， analyzes the common problems of food safety sampling work， and puts forward some specific solutions to these problems for the reference of food safety sampling work related personnel.
