Abstract: In order to better ensure food safety, based on the importance of food safety sampling work, combined with the basic process of food safety sampling work, this paper starts from two aspects of sampling and inspection, analyzes the common problems of food safety sampling work, and puts forward some specific solutions to these problems for the reference of food safety sampling work related personnel.
