食品檢驗技術在食品質量溯源中的應用研究
摘 要:本文分析了分子生物學、質譜分析、近紅外光譜、生物傳感器和穩(wěn)定同位素比率分析等食品檢驗技術的特點以及在食品質量溯源中的應用。食品檢驗技術在食品成分鑒定、摻假檢測、產地溯源等方面發(fā)揮了重要作用,未來應加強多技術融合,提高溯源的準確性和可靠性。本研究為食品質量溯源技術的選擇和應用提供了參考。

Research on the Application of Food Inspection Technology in Food Quality Traceability

Abstract: This paper analyzes the characteristics of food inspection technologies such as molecular biology, mass spectrometry, near-infrared spectroscopy, biosensors and stable isotope ratio analysis, as well as their applications in food quality traceability. Food inspection technology plays an important role in food ingredient identification, adulteration detection, origin traceability, etc. In the future, we should strengthen the integration of multiple technologies to improve the accuracy and reliability of traceability. This study provides a reference for the selection and application of food quality traceability technology.
