第三方機(jī)構(gòu)在中小學(xué)食堂食品安全監(jiān)管中的作用及服務(wù)對(duì)策

摘 要：本文從縣（市、區(qū)）級(jí)教育部門視角，探究第三方機(jī)構(gòu)在行業(yè)監(jiān)管中發(fā)揮的作用，并從培訓(xùn)體系、食品安全管理體系、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)巡查機(jī)制、食品安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估等4個(gè)方面提出相關(guān)對(duì)策，以期為完善中小學(xué)食品安全管理工作提供參考。

The Role and Service Countermeasures of Third Party Institutions in Food Safety Supervision of Primary and Secondary School Canteens

Abstract： This article explores the role of third-party institutions in industry regulation from the perspective of county （city， district） education departments， and proposes application strategies from four aspects： training system， food safety management system， on-site inspection mechanism， and food safety risk assessment， in order to provide reference for food safety management in primary and secondary schools.
