數(shù)控加工技術(shù)在機(jī)械模具制造中的應(yīng)用研究

摘 要:伴隨傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械模具加工劣勢日漸凸顯,其加工技術(shù)逐步被更新,隨之替代的便是高精準(zhǔn)度、高效率的數(shù)控加工技術(shù),憑借自身優(yōu)勢特征,成為機(jī)械制造主力軍。其實(shí)際應(yīng)用于機(jī)械模具制造中,不僅提高生產(chǎn)效率,而且保證生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,實(shí)現(xiàn)雙質(zhì)提升,是未來機(jī)械制造發(fā)展趨勢。本文主要分析數(shù)控加工技術(shù)在機(jī)械模具制造中應(yīng)用。

Abstract:With the disadvantage of traditional mechanical mold processing becoming increasingly prominent, its processing technology is gradually updated, and is replaced by high precision, high efficiency CNC processing technology, with its own advantages, which becomes the main force of machinery manufacturing. Its practical application in mechanical mold manufacturing, not only improves production efficiency, but also ensures the quality of production, to achieve double quality improvement, which is the future of mechanical manufacturing development trend. This paper mainly analyzes the application of numerical control machining technology in mechanical mold manufacturing.
