關(guān)于車輛方向盤擺振的補償方法及補償系統(tǒng)研究

摘 要:研究電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)對方向盤擺振補償?shù)墓δ埽ㄟ^對影響方向盤擺振因素的分解,當(dāng)整車基本參數(shù)確定的情況下可以采用EPS進(jìn)行擺振補償。通過擺振補償功能開發(fā)到某車型實車測試驗證,有效解決高速制動等工況下方向盤擺振問題。該研究為車輛方向盤擺振問題的解決提供采用EPS補償方式提供方法及系統(tǒng)。

Abstract:This paper studies the steering wheel shimmy compensation function of electric power steering system. Through the decomposition of the factors affecting the steering wheel shimmy, when the vehicle basic parameters are determined, EPS can be used for shimmy compensation. The shimmy compensation function is developed and verified in a real vehicle, which can effectively solve the steering wheel shimmy problem under high-speed braking conditions. This study provides a method and system to solve the steering wheel shimmy problem by using EPS compensation.

1 引言
近年來汽車行業(yè)高速蓬勃發(fā)展,人們對汽車燃油經(jīng)濟(jì)性要求越來越高,越來越多的汽車裝配電動助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(Electric Power System,簡稱EPS),該系統(tǒng)可使駕駛員操縱轉(zhuǎn)向更輕便,能及時準(zhǔn)確地執(zhí)行駕駛員轉(zhuǎn)向操縱指令,同時可以節(jié)省燃油,對環(huán)境更加友好。(剩余3160字)
