化學(xué)工程與工藝化工生產(chǎn)控制自動(dòng)化及儀表研究

摘 要：隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展，對(duì)化工生產(chǎn)的需求越來越大，生產(chǎn)也越來越智能化、自動(dòng)化。作為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)生產(chǎn)的重要產(chǎn)業(yè)，化工的發(fā)展離不開人們的生活，為了促進(jìn)化工的全面發(fā)展，生產(chǎn)必須實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化。自動(dòng)化需求主要體現(xiàn)在儀表和控制水平上，本文主要分析了儀表自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的主要類型化工產(chǎn)品。

Abstract：With the rapid development of social economy， the demand for chemical production is growing， and the production is becoming more and more intelligent and automated. As an important industry of national economic production， the development of chemical industry is inseparable from people's life. In order to promote the comprehensive development of chemical industry， the production must be fully automated. Automation demand is mainly reflected in the level of instrumentation and control. This paper mainly analyzes the main types of chemical products produced by instrumentation automation.

1 化工生產(chǎn)中自動(dòng)化儀表的概念

化工工業(yè)生產(chǎn)操作過程的完全自動(dòng)化控制是廣泛指在各種化工設(shè)備上直接配備一套自動(dòng)化控制裝置，直接用來代替部分化工操作技術(shù)人員的日常工作，使工業(yè)生產(chǎn)在一定很大程度上可以實(shí)現(xiàn)完全自動(dòng)化。（剩余3695字）
