摘 要:隨著科技日益發(fā)展,人們的生活水平越來越好。汽車逐步成為家庭的出行的必備工具。我們中國是人口大國,汽車的保有量逐年上升,伴隨車輛的不斷增多,汽車發(fā)生的碰撞事故也隨之增多。而對于嚴(yán)重碰撞損傷的車輛,車身修復(fù)過程中的焊接質(zhì)量,直接影響著維修后車輛的安全系數(shù)。

Abstract:With the increasing development of science and technology, people's living standards are getting better and better. Cars have gradually become an indispensable tool for family travel. China is a populous country, and the number of cars is increasing year by year. As the number of cars continues to increase, the number of car collisions also increases. For vehicles with severe collision damage, the welding quality during the repair of the body directly affects the safety factor of the repaired vehicle.

1 汽車的焊接方法
隨著汽車輕量化發(fā)展,高強(qiáng)度鋼和超高強(qiáng)度鋼取代了傳統(tǒng)的車身金屬,在裝配與維修過程中已完全取消高熱量且會導(dǎo)致大面積變形的傳統(tǒng)焊接方法(電弧焊接、氧乙炔焊接等),取而代之的是操作簡單且熱量小的惰性氣體保護(hù)焊與電阻點(diǎn)焊。(剩余3339字)
