基于OBE理念的應(yīng)用型本科院校人才培養(yǎng)模式研究

——以新疆理工學(xué)院為例

摘 要：在新疆理工學(xué)院實(shí)現(xiàn)快速高質(zhì)量發(fā)展面臨諸多困難的背景下，結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)仄髽I(yè)留人難、傳統(tǒng)人才培養(yǎng)方式下畢業(yè)生質(zhì)量不高的現(xiàn)狀，提出了OBE理念與校企聯(lián)合定向培養(yǎng)有機(jī)結(jié)合的創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式，探究了創(chuàng)新人才模式的具體實(shí)施辦法，為培養(yǎng)新型應(yīng)用型本科人才提供新思路。

Abstract：Under the background of many difficulties for Xinjiang Institute of technology to achieve rapid and highquality development，combined with the current situation that it is difficult for local enterprises to retain talents and under the traditional talent training mode the quality of graduates is not high，this paper puts forward the innovative talent training mode which combines the OBE concept with the school enterprise joint directional training，explores the specific implementation methods of the innovative talent training mode，and provides new ideas for the cultivation of new applicationoriented undergraduate talents.
