應(yīng)用型本科“雙師型”教師認(rèn)定辦法量化分析

摘要:本文選取15個省市的25所應(yīng)用型本科院校關(guān)于“雙師型”教師認(rèn)定辦法的文件,利用政策文件量化分析方法,用Nvivo軟件對文件內(nèi)容進行三級編碼,形成認(rèn)定條件、激勵措施、教師職責(zé)、認(rèn)定流程和培養(yǎng)措施5個三級編碼的父節(jié)點,進一步對這5個父節(jié)點包含的內(nèi)容進行分析,最后提出相關(guān)結(jié)論和政策建議。

Abstract:This present study selected the documents on the identification methods of "double-qualification" teachers from 25 Applied-oriented Universities in 15 provinces.Using the quantitative analysis method of policy documents,the Nvivo software is used to perform three-level coding on the content of the documents.Form the parent nodes of 5 three-level codes of identification conditions,incentive measures,teacher responsibilities,identification process and training measures.Further analyze the content contained in these 5 parent nodes.Finally,relevant conclusions and policy recommendations are presented.
