高職學(xué)生職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與分析

摘 要 面對發(fā)展迅速的社會形勢，當(dāng)今高職院校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)去向和就業(yè)率等問題已經(jīng)成為非常值得關(guān)注的話題之一。基于這一事實，職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃逐漸成為緩解就業(yè)壓力的重要舉措。文章通過問卷調(diào)研了解高職院校學(xué)生的職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃現(xiàn)狀，并嘗試分析其問題產(chǎn)生的原因。

Abstract Faced with the rapidly developing social situation， the employment destination and employment rate of vocational college graduates have become one of the topics worth paying attention to today. Based on this fact， career planning has gradually become an important measure to alleviate employment pressure. The article conducts a questionnaire survey to understand the current status of career planning among vocational college students and attempts to analyze the reasons for their problems.
