立德樹(shù)人背景下導(dǎo)學(xué)關(guān)系現(xiàn)實(shí)困難與優(yōu)化對(duì)策

摘  要:導(dǎo)師是研究生培養(yǎng)的第一責(zé)任人,導(dǎo)學(xué)關(guān)系和諧程度直接關(guān)系著研究生育人成效。新時(shí)代立德樹(shù)人背景下,導(dǎo)學(xué)關(guān)系正面臨嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。該文從優(yōu)化研究生的招生和培養(yǎng)制度,提升導(dǎo)師育人能力,探索導(dǎo)學(xué)對(duì)話(huà)機(jī)制,強(qiáng)化立德樹(shù)人根本任務(wù)意識(shí)方面,對(duì)克服導(dǎo)學(xué)關(guān)系現(xiàn)實(shí)困難提出應(yīng)對(duì)策略。

Abstract: The mentor is the first responsible person for the cultivation of graduate students. The relationship between tutor and postgraduate is the key for ensuring the quality of postgraduate education. In the new era of moral education reinforced, the relationship between tutor and postgraduate is facing severe challenges. In this paper, to overcome the practical difficulties, the strategies are provided based on optimizing admission policy and educational program, improving the tutor's educational ability, exploring the dialogue mechanism between tutor and postgraduate, and strengthening the consciousness of moral education.
