數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型背景下基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科人才數(shù)字素養(yǎng)與技能評價指標(biāo)體系研究

摘  要:數(shù)字素養(yǎng)與技能已經(jīng)成為基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科人才開展創(chuàng)新研究的基本素質(zhì)。文章梳理全球主要國家,以及國際組織發(fā)布的數(shù)字素養(yǎng)評估框架,結(jié)合學(xué)科特征與人才選拔培養(yǎng)的實(shí)際需求,研究提出一套包括3大維度、35個具體指標(biāo)的指標(biāo)體系,并對基礎(chǔ)學(xué)科人才數(shù)字素養(yǎng)與技能評價作出展望。

Abstract: Digital literacy and skills have become the basic qualities for talents in basic disciplines to carry out innovative research. The paper sorts out the digital literacy assessment framework issued by major countries in the world, as well as international organizations, combines the characteristics of disciplines and the actual needs of talent selection and training, studies and proposes an indicator system that includes 3 dimensions and 35 specific indicators, and makes an outlook on the digital literacy and skill evaluation of talents in basic disciplines.
