摘  要：研究生是我國學(xué)術(shù)研究、技術(shù)革新的主力軍和生力軍，研究生教育的核心是創(chuàng)新能力的培養(yǎng)。文章針對目前高等農(nóng)業(yè)院?；瘜W(xué)學(xué)科研究生創(chuàng)新能力不足的現(xiàn)狀，立足于農(nóng)業(yè)特色加強研究生創(chuàng)新和實踐能力培養(yǎng)的實施內(nèi)容，從而創(chuàng)建高層次創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的新體系。

Abstract： Graduate students are the main force and fresh force in the academic research and technological innovation in China. The core of postgraduate education is the cultivation of innovative ability. At present， the postgraduates of chemistry discipline in higher agricultural colleges are lack of innovative capacity in the paper. We strengthen the implementation of the contents of postgraduate innovative and practical capabilities in order to establish a new system for high-level innovative talent cultivation.
