田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員合理營(yíng)養(yǎng)膳食研究

摘 要:田徑是一項(xiàng)以跑、跳、拋為主要內(nèi)容的綜合性運(yùn)動(dòng),需要運(yùn)動(dòng)員具備良好的身體素質(zhì)和頑強(qiáng)的意志品質(zhì)。科學(xué)、合理的營(yíng)養(yǎng)膳食不僅關(guān)系到田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員的體質(zhì),也關(guān)系到田徑比賽的順利進(jìn)行。本文根據(jù)田徑運(yùn)動(dòng)員的基本特征,對(duì)其在訓(xùn)練和比賽中所需的能量代謝進(jìn)行分析,并提出針對(duì)性的飲食建議,以供參考。

A Study on Reasonable Nutritional Diet of Athletes

Abstract: Track and field is a comprehensive sport that mainly involves running, jumping, and throwing, requiring athletes to possess good physical quality and tenacious will quality. Scientific and reasonable nutritional diet is not only related to the physical fitness of track and field athletes, but also related to the smooth progress of track and field competitions. According to the basic characteristics of track and field athletes, this paper analyzes the energy metabolism needed in training and competition, and puts forward some suggestions on diet for reference.
