芒果葉中芒果苷抗氧化及抗紫外能力的研究

摘 要:本文針對芒果葉中的芒果苷進(jìn)行了體外抗氧化和抗紫外線輻射作用的研究。抗氧化結(jié)果顯示,芒果苷能有效清除DPPH自由基和ABTS+自由基,并展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異的總抗氧化能力。抗紫外線輻射作用結(jié)果表明,芒果苷具有一定的紫外線吸收能力。

Study on the Antioxidant and UV Resistance of Mangiferin in Mango Leaves

Abstract: The antioxidant and anti-UV effects of mangiferin in mango leaves were studied in vitro. Antioxidant results showed that mangiferin could effectively scavenge DPPH free radicals and ABTS+ free radicals, and showed excellent total antioxidant capacity. The results of anti-ultraviolet radiation showed that mangiferin had certain ultraviolet absorption ability.
