生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品質量安全關鍵控制點識別及風險防控策略優(yōu)化研究
摘 要:生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食品安全管理是保障消費者健康的關鍵環(huán)節(jié)。本文從生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食品安全管理的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),闡述了其定義以及特征,識別生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食品安全管理中的關鍵控制點,并提出關于生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食品安全管理風險防控的對策建議,以期為生鮮農(nóng)產(chǎn)品食品安全管理體系的優(yōu)化完善貢獻力量。

Abstract: The food safety management of fresh agricultural products is the key link to protect the health of consumers. Starting from the connotation of food safety management of fresh agricultural products, this paper expounds its definition and characteristics, identifies key control points in the food safety management of fresh agricultural products, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on the risk prevention and control of food safety management of fresh agricultural products, in order to contribute to the optimization and improvement of the food safety management system of fresh agricultural products.
