Abstract: This article briefly analyzes the significance of catering food safety management and the existing problems in catering food safety management, and proposes measures to strengthen catering food safety management, such as improving the food safety supervision system, strengthening catering food quality inspection, actively carrying out training, strengthening the construction of the integrity system, and doing a good job in publicity and education. It is hoped that it can provide a reference for relevant personnel.
