餐飲食品安全管理問題及對策分析

摘 要：本文簡要分析了餐飲食品安全管理的意義以及存在的問題，并提出了完善食品安全監(jiān)督體制、加強(qiáng)餐飲食品質(zhì)量檢查、積極開展培訓(xùn)、加強(qiáng)誠信體制建設(shè)及做好宣傳教育等加強(qiáng)餐飲食品安全管理的對策，期望能夠?yàn)橄嚓P(guān)人員提供參考。

Analysis on Problems and Countermeasures of Catering Food Safety Management

Abstract： This article briefly analyzes the significance of catering food safety management and the existing problems in catering food safety management， and proposes measures to strengthen catering food safety management， such as improving the food safety supervision system， strengthening catering food quality inspection， actively carrying out training， strengthening the construction of the integrity system， and doing a good job in publicity and education. It is hoped that it can provide a reference for relevant personnel.
