摘 要:PCR技術(shù)因具有高靈敏度、高特異性和快速性的特點(diǎn),在食品微生物檢測領(lǐng)域廣泛使用。本文闡述食品中常見的致病微生物、PCR技術(shù)的基本原理、食品中常見致病微生物的PCR檢測方法,探討PCR技術(shù)在食品微生物檢測中的應(yīng)用,并介紹PCR技術(shù)在食品微生物檢測中的發(fā)展趨勢。

Study on the Application of PCR Technique in Food Microbiological Detection

Abstract: PCR technology is widely used in the field of food microbiological detection because of its high sensitivity, high specificity and rapidity. This paper describes the common pathogenic microorganisms in food, the basic principle of PCR technology, the PCR detection method of common pathogenic microorganisms in food, discusses the application of PCR technology in food microbial detection, and introduces the development trend of PCR technology in food microbial detection.
