統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析在食品監(jiān)督抽檢數(shù)據(jù)分析中的應(yīng)用研究進(jìn)展

摘 要：本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)資料，對(duì)近幾年統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析在食品監(jiān)督抽檢數(shù)據(jù)分析中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行綜述，研究統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析在數(shù)據(jù)處理與挖掘工作中取得成果進(jìn)展。統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法可以為食品安全事件的預(yù)警和處置提供支持，還可以為食品監(jiān)督抽檢制訂計(jì)劃提供科學(xué)依據(jù)，有助于提高食品安全監(jiān)管的效率和水平，構(gòu)建食品安全的共治格局。

Research Progress on the Application of Statistical Analysis in the Analysis of Sampling Data of Food Supervision

Abstract： This paper reviews the application of statistical analysis in food supervision and sampling data analysis in recent years， and studies the progress of statistical analysis in data processing and mining. The statistical analysis method can provide support for the early warning and disposal of food safety incidents， and also provide a scientific basis for the formulation of plans for food supervision and sampling inspection. It is helpful to improve the efficiency and level of food safety supervision and build a co-governance pattern of food safety.

食品監(jiān)督抽檢是保障食品安全的重要手段，通過(guò)對(duì)不同環(huán)節(jié)的各類食品進(jìn)行監(jiān)督抽檢，可以達(dá)到及時(shí)預(yù)警和控制風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的目的，通過(guò)這種方式，可以促使市場(chǎng)淘汰不符合食品安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的產(chǎn)品，從而保障食品安全并推動(dòng)食品產(chǎn)業(yè)的高質(zhì)量發(fā)展。（剩余5231字）
