摘 要:在信息化和大數(shù)據(jù)時代背景下,食品安全標準的制定面臨著前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)與機遇。基于此,本文首先對大數(shù)據(jù)思維進行概述,分析食品安全標準制定中融入大數(shù)據(jù)思維的必要性,提出大數(shù)據(jù)思維在食品安全標準制定中的應用要點,旨在為制定更為科學、嚴謹?shù)氖称钒踩珮藴侍峁┬碌乃悸泛头椒ā?/p>

Application of Big Data Thinking in the Formulation of Food Safety Standards

Abstract: In the era of information technology and big data, the formulation of food safety standards is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities. Based on this, this paper first summarizes the big data thinking, analyzes the necessity of integrating big data thinking into the formulation of food safety standards, and puts forward the application points of big data thinking in the formulation of food safety standards, aiming to provide new ideas and methods for the formulation of more scientific and rigorous food safety standards.
