淺談食品檢驗檢測中樣品的管理和控制

摘 要:食品檢測是保障食品安全的重要手段,樣品是檢測活動對象,它的代表性、有效性和完整性直接影響檢測結(jié)果的準確性,因此樣品的管理是食品檢驗檢測活動中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。本文簡要論述樣品管理的抽取、確認、接收、標識、流轉(zhuǎn)、制備、留樣和處置等過程控制中存在的問題并提出相應(yīng)的解決措施。

Discussion on Sample Management and Control in Food Inspection

Abstract: Food testing is an important means to ensure food safety. Samples are the object of testing activities. Its representativeness, effectiveness and integrity affect the accuracy of testing results. Therefore, sample management is an important link in food testing activities. This paper briefly discusses the problems existing in the process control of sample management, such as sampling, confirmation, reception, identification, circulation, preparation, sample retention and disposal, and puts forward corresponding solutions.
