奶粉中測(cè)定微量元素樣品前處理方法優(yōu)化

摘 要:樣品的前處理技術(shù)對(duì)分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確性影響較大。本試驗(yàn)利用成功合成的磁性碳納米復(fù)合材料為凈化劑,聯(lián)用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜法建立一種同時(shí)測(cè)定奶粉中5種微量元素的樣品前處理方法。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,方法的平均回收率為89.99%~92.17%,相對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差

Optimization of Pretreatment Method for Determination of Trace Eelements in Milk Powder

Abstract: The pretreatment technology of samples has a great influence on the accuracy of analytical results. A sample pretreatment method for simultaneous determination of five trace elements in milk powder was established by using successfully synthesized magnetic carbon nanocomposites as purifying agent and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. The results showed that the average recovery of the method was 89.99%~92.17%, the relative standard deviation was less than 5%, and the minimum detection limit was 0.025~0.086 μg·mL-1. Compared with traditional technology, the optimized sample pretreatment method applied to the rapid detection of trace elements in milk powder has the advantages of simple operation, strong adsorption capacity and low cost, and realizes the integration of enrichment and separation.
