摘 要:近年來,淀粉及其加工產(chǎn)品的應(yīng)用更加廣泛,進(jìn)一步推動了淀粉相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展。為完善淀粉產(chǎn)品類型及質(zhì)量,需對淀粉的深加工產(chǎn)品相關(guān)技術(shù)進(jìn)行持續(xù)研究和創(chuàng)新?;诖耍疚闹饕槍Φ矸叟c其深加工產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)新技術(shù)新產(chǎn)品展望進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而為相關(guān)人員提供一定的參考和支持。

Prospect of Starch and Its Deep Processing Products

Abstract: In recent years, the application of starch and its processed products has become more extensive, further promoting the sustainable development of starch-related industries. In order to improve the type and quality of starch products, continuous research and innovation on technologies related to starch deep-processing products are required. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the prospect of new technologies and new products related to starch and its deep processing products, and then provides some reference and support for relevant personnel.
