淺析校園食品安全問(wèn)題原因與對(duì)策

——以天津某學(xué)校配餐事件為例

摘 要：近日，天津某學(xué)校配餐事件被推到了輿論的風(fēng)口浪尖上，中小學(xué)生校園食品安全引發(fā)了全社會(huì)的高度關(guān)注。究其原因，學(xué)校和企業(yè)食品安全管理存在嚴(yán)重漏洞。本文針對(duì)此事件，分析發(fā)生過(guò)程和原因，并提出防范和應(yīng)對(duì)策略。

Analysis of the Causes and Countermeasures of Campus Food Safety Problems

——Take the Incident of a School Catering Company in Tianjin as an Example

Abstract： Recently， a school catering incident in Tianjin had been pushed to the forefront of public opinion. The food safety of primary and secondary school students had aroused great concern of the whole society. The reason was that there were serious loopholes in food safety management in schools and enterprises. In view of this incident， this paper analyzed the occurrence process.
